J.C. Flowers Institutes Multi-year Scholarships at ISB for PGP and PGP YL

ISB has announced a three-year scholarship commitment from J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Limited (JCF ARC) to support 30 students across its Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). Initiated in the previous academic year through a CSR contribution, the JCF ARC Scholarships will continue over the next two academic years, providing full tuition fee waivers to five students each from the PGP and PGP YL annually.

The commitment underscores JCF ARC’s focus on expanding access to high-quality management education for deserving students with strong leadership potential. By funding scholarships across both programmes, the initiative aims to reduce financial barriers and enable recipients to fully engage with the academic and leadership opportunities available at ISB.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the scholarship programme was exchanged between Rahul Gupta, Managing Director & CEO, JCF ARC, and Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB, in the presence of Hitesh Darji, Executive Director and Group Business Head, JCF ARC; Shraddha Gupta, Head – HR and CSR, JCF ARC; Ruchi Sharma, Director and Company Secretary, JCF ARC; and DNV Kumara Guru, Senior Director – Advancement, Alumni Engagement and External Relations, ISB.

The JCF ARC Scholarships further strengthen ISB’s broader efforts to expand its scholarships portfolio through meaningful partnerships with corporate organisations that share its commitment to enabling merit, aspiration, and leadership potential.
